中国美术学院教授、博士生导师、院学术委员会委员、东方设计研究院院长，浙江省人大常委会咨询专家；国务院政府特殊津贴、国家“万人计划”教学名师、全国优秀教师、文化部优秀专家、全国五一巾帼标兵、全国三八红旗手、改革开放40年纺织行业突出贡献人物；浙江创意设计协会理事长等，入选上海国际设计百人智库等。

Professor, doctoral supervisor,academic committee member, and director of the East Design Research Instituteat China Academy of Art, consultant to the Standing Committee of the ZhejiangProvincial People's Congress; recipient of the State Council's SpecialAllowance, the National "Ten Thousand Talents Plan" Teaching Master,the National Outstanding Teacher, the Ministry of Culture's Outstanding Expert,the National Labor Model, the National Women's Labor Model, the OutstandingContributor to the Textile Industry in the 40 Years of Reform and Opening Up;president of the Zhejiang Creative Design Association, etc. She has also beenselected for the Shanghai International Design Hundred-Person Think Tank, etc.
